Terms of use
Plain rules, in the order they matter. Using Silah means agreeing to them.
Last updated 18 August 2026
Your account
- One account per person. Your account is yours; do not share its password.
- The details you enter must be your own and must be true.
- You must be old enough to enter into an agreement under Pakistani law.
What you post
You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. By publishing it you allow Silah to display it on the pages where it belongs — your public profile, the directory, a vacancy listing.
- Do not post anything false, unlawful, abusive or fraudulent.
- Do not upload a photograph or a document that is not yours to use.
- Do not post a vacancy for a position that does not exist.
Institutions
Whoever registers an institution is stating that they are entitled to act for it. Managers added to an institution can post and edit its vacancies; an institution always keeps at least one owner.
A verified tick is a statement by Silah that the institution appears genuine. It can be removed if that turns out to be wrong.
Jobs and applications
Silah introduces candidates and institutions. It is not a party to what they agree, does not employ anyone, and cannot guarantee that a vacancy is filled, that a salary is paid, or that either side is suitable.
Check who you are dealing with before travelling, before signing anything and before paying anyone. Silah will never ask a candidate for a fee to apply.
Suspension
An account, a profile or an institution that breaks these rules can be taken off the directory. Where the matter is not serious, we would rather tell you what is wrong and let you fix it.
Changes
These terms will change as Silah grows. The date above says when they last did, and material changes will be announced on the site.
