Why Silah
Real listings, not forwarded messages
Every vacancy belongs to an institution with a page you can open. Every profile belongs to an account with a verified phone number.
Privacy is a setting, not a promise
Each detail on your profile carries its own level — public, members only, or private. Your phone number is never shown by default.
Fill it in once
Your name, city, education and experience are entered once and shared by every part you switch on.
Free to join, and free to leave
Creating an account, building a profile and applying for work cost nothing. You can switch any part off without losing the rest.
Free to join.

Your safety and your privacy
Nobody reaches you without permission
Messages open only where both sides have agreed — an application you sent, or a request you accepted.
Block and report, on every page
One tap stops somebody contacting or seeing you. Reports reach a real person, and you are told what happened.
Verification you can see
Verified institutions and people carry a mark. Nothing else claims to be checked when it has not been.
Common questions
All questionsDoes it cost anything?
No. Creating an account, publishing a profile, posting a vacancy and applying for one are all free.
Who can see my phone number?
You choose, field by field. Every detail on your profile carries one of four settings: public, visible to signed-in members, visible only in the context of a module you have published, or private to you alone.
The module setting is what lets an institution reading your Jobs profile reach you, while the same number stays hidden from everyone else.
Do I need a CV?
No. Your profile is the application. Fill it in once and applying to a vacancy is a single press — the institution reads what you have already entered.
Can I run more than one institution?
Yes, and an institution can have more than one manager. Institutions are separate from your personal profile precisely for that reason: several people may run one madrasa, and one person may run several.
